Welcome to Jane's House Ministries
Our Vision:
The vision for Jane’s House Ministries came on the heels of a
forty-day fast and a renewed relationship between longtime friends.
“Jane” and her “sister-friend” had been estranged for several years when
God brought them together again. Life experiences and bad decisions had
taken their toll on both women, particularly Jane.
Mission Statement:
Jane’s House Ministries, founded and formed in accordance with biblical principles, is geared to help women who are ready and willing to:
- Put their abusive pasts behind them, and embrace God’s plan for
their lives.
- Learn from the mistakes and experiences that caused or
contributed to their pain and hardship.
- Receive the healing power of God, and cooperate with His desire
to transform their lives.
- Be held accountable for their thoughts, actions, decisions, and
life choices.
- Be responsible, accountable, and productive members of society.
- Be restored physically, spiritually, and emotionally, in
accordance with God’s plan for their lives.
- Learn skills to enter or re-enter the work force, thereby
learning to live independent of government assistance and other
charitable handouts.
- Agree to extend to other hurting women the wisdom, knowledge,
and support gained during their own restoration.
- The immediate goal of Jane’s House Ministries is to establish
abuse prevention and recovery programs in churches and other
organizations nationwide for the purpose of providing wounded women
with much-needed counseling, spiritual guidance, and life-skills
training, in an atmosphere of safety, confidentiality, and
family-style support.
The long-term goal of Jane’s House Ministries is to secure the
financial support and commitment required to purchase and/or build
residential homes to house and accommodate qualified women who would
be permitted to reside for a period not to exceed two years, for the
purpose of receiving the hands-on guidance, instruction, training,
and support required for the restoration of their broken lives.
